Word In Your Attic 58 (audio version) – Gavin Martin joins the Joan Jett set

Writer, recording artist and old pal from the late ’70s NME, Gavin Martin expands on a lost weekend in Asbury Park, meeting George Best and Chuck Berry, winning an Emperor Rosco radio competition, Stones/Bowie cover art, a 5-inch vinyl-booth single, a Pink Floyd ‘rapprochement’, broadcasting Bob Dylan from his bicycle, and having to buy copies of his own fanzine (Alternative Ulster) for far more than he sold them for.
